The inspiration to call our brand Five Star Spirits comes from the five stars of the Southern Cross (Acrux, Mimosa, Gacrux, Imai and Ginan) which appears in the southern sky every night. Our gins are made from ultra-premium natural grape spirit that is infused with the finest natural botanicals and fresh fruits.
The pronounced botanicals in this gin are Juniper, Coriander and Citrus. It is further infused with Lavender, Lime Flowers, and Oat Flowers. Blue Butterfly Pea Flower gives it the beautiful dark blue colour. Why is it called Chameleon Gin I hear you ask, because like a Chameleon it can change colour from the deep blue to a lilac pink when a good tonic is added. Enjoy neat on crushed ice or in your favourite delicious gin-based cocktail.
