The inspiration to call our brand Five Star Spirits comes from the five stars of the Southern Cross (Acrux, Mimosa, Gacrux, Imai and Ginan) which appears in the southern sky every night. Our gins are made from ultra-premium natural grape spirit that is infused with the finest natural botanicals and fresh fruits.
The main botanicals that contribute to the flavour of our Classic Dry Gin are Juniper, Coriander, and Citrus. Minor contributors are Nutmeg, Angelica Root, Ginger Root, and Black Pepper Corns. Made in the traditional dry style it is fantastic, neat on ice or in your favourite gin-based cocktail.
