However, because of differences between vintage, colour variations between and within actors' skin tones, and monitor settings on your computer, there will always be a degree of inaccuracy with respect to our products. Confirmations and Cancellations of Orders
Customers who purchase items with Blue Rock Wines will receive an email to confirm their order. There are time limits for requesting to cancel an order, and we will not be able to process cancellations once they are in transit. If you need assistance please contact us as soon as possible.
Shipping and Deliveries
As your goods will be shipped within Australia in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations for alcohol shipments, the length of time it takes for goods to arrive will depend on your location and the method of shipment chosen. Total delivery times can be impacted by many factors including; the distance the goods must be shipped; any delays in shipping by your chosen shipper due to issues such as inclement weather and or logistics problems; and/or some other unforeseen reason, including acts of God or federal, state or local law enforcement or political actions.
