This medium bodied wine has abundant raspberry, cherry, and mulberry aromas and flavours. It was carefully crafted to have a perfect balance of flavour, tannin, and acidity that is complexed with smoky, toasty, and vanilla characters introduced from 24 months of barrel ageing in American and French Oak.
The cool hills of our Eden Valley vineyard has produced a Cabernet Sauvignon of intense colour and rich flavour. This is an Australian Cabernet in a Bordeaux Style (fruit-driven with softer tannins).
It has characteristic dark fruits, cassis, and mocca chocolate aromas and flavours. The wine is further complexed by smoky, toasty, and vanilla characters introduced by 24 months of ageing in American and French Oak. This wine will cellar well, during which time the tannins will soften even further and developed fruit characters of chocolate and coffee will become more apparent.

Our cool-climate Eden Valley Tempranillo is ruby-red in colour with bright purple hues. The aromas of cola and black cherry indulge the nose. Enticing fruit flavours of black cherry, blueberries, and boysenberries coat the soft velvety palate. Hints of chocolate make this wine reminiscent of Cherry ripe. This Spanish wine varietal pairs beautifully with tapas, marinated mushrooms, olives, chorizo sausage, and even BBQ prawns. It doesn’t get any more Mediterranean than that.
Grapes for this wine were sourced from our vineyard in the Barossa Ranges, Eden Valley (GI). This cool climate elevated vineyard ripens the fruit slowly, therefore retaining a higher natural acidity and develops full flavour ripeness. Pink apricot in colour. Strawberry, rose, and fresh cut watermelon aromas greet you in the grass. A creamy texture on the palate with flavours of strawberry rhubarb pie, complemented by a thrill of sour cherries. Finishes with a grip of lemon zest and delicate accents of clove and fig.

This Riesling displays an intense citrus flower and tropical fruit bouquet. The flavours of ripe limes, lemon zest, and a hint of green apple are apparent on the palate. The palate is soft and clean, with a crisp acid finish and distinct minerality characteristic of Eden Valley Rieslings.

The grapes were handpicked and whole-bunch pressed, releasing the delicate flavours. The wine is bursting with tropical fruit, passion fruit, pineapple, and fresh citrus and melon aromas and flavours. The palate is complex yet delicate, with good weight and length. The wine has a refreshing and crisp acid finish which is well suited to most seafood and chicken dishes.
Pinot Grigio is a wine style that comes from Italy. The Pinot Gris grapes are picked at a slightly earlier stage of development, thus having higher acidity and lower sugar levels. The resultant wine is lower in alcohol and has a crisp acid finish. The aromas of citrus and pear indulge the nose. The palate has lovely nashi pear and lemongrass flavours. The zingy acidity makes this wine linger in the mouth and leaves you wanting more. Best enjoyed chilled on its own or with fresh seafood.
Our Family Series Reserve Pinot Gris has delicate floral aromas of musk and ripe pears. The palate is soft and full, with hints of spice and musk, balanced with ripe pears and fresh acidity.
Our cool climate vineyard in the Barossa Ranges produces some of the best examples of these two grape varietals. This wine has lovely blush pink hues. The nose is dominated by ripe strawberries and ripe peach aromas. The palate is rich and generous, with a strawberries and cream mouthfeel.
As the name suggests, this bottle of wine is filled with ‘bubbles of happiness’. Enjoy it with your friends.
The aromas of strawberry and cherry are evident on the nose. A hint of cinnamon and clove spice also contribute to the aromatics of this wine. Layered flavours of strawberry, black cherry, and plum have integrated well with spice to coat the mouth. The palate is soft and elegant.
This is a perfect blend of red and white grape varieties developed in the Cotes du Rhone district in Southern France. It is made possible due to both varieties maturing at the same time. They are crushed and fermented together to merge the flavours of these two noble varieties. Usually, 3-5% Viognier is ample to introduce the floral aromas and contribute to the wine's softness in the mouth. This wine has retained the Shiraz characters of cherry and raspberry, with Viognier adding the floral aromas and slipperiness in the mouth.

The Pantelis Cabernet Sauvignon is our signature wine and bears the name of the family patriarch. Pantelis Zachopoulos (1927-1998) immigrated to Australia from Greece in 1966 with his wife Olga and four children. His diverse agricultural knowledge was passed onto his children Michael, Nicholas, and myself [Zissis]. In 1998, a few months before his passing, we purchased and began establishing our vineyard in the Barossa Ranges. I decided to make this wine in his honor as a token of our appreciation for everything he has taught us. The wine has dark rich fruits, plum, and blackcurrant with a touch of typical Cabernet herbaceousness on the nose. The palate is long and full with lovely dark chocolate, mocca, and cassis favours.

This wine is a selection of the two finest barrels of Shiraz and Cabernet Sauvignon in the winery for each vintage. It is dedicated to a young, aspiring winemaker who had the potential to become one of the Barossa’s best. A blend of the two varieties that the region is most famous for and the two that Chris enjoyed working with the most.
Rest in Peace, our beautiful Christopher (1991-2018)
The wine is full-bodied with a long, seamless structure and balanced tannins. The rich dark fruit flavours of ripe Plum and Blackcurrants coat the palate. Aged for 24 months in new French oak to add spice and complexity to a wine that will last for ages.
