2022 Cabernet Sauvignon 

The cool hills of our Eden Valley vineyard has produced a Cabernet Sauvignon of intense colour and rich flavour. This is an Australian Cabernet in a Bordeaux Style (Fruit driven with softer tannins). It has characteristic dark fruits, cassis and mocca chocolate aromas and flavours. The wine is further complexed by smoky, toasty and vanilla characters introduced by 24 months of ageing in American and French Oak. This wine will cellar well during which time the tannins will soften even further and developed fruit characters of chocolate and coffee will become more apparent.
