This cool climate elevated vineyard ripens the fruit slowly, therefore retaining a higher natural acidity and develops full flavour ripeness. This wine is salmon pink in colour. Strawberry, rose and fresh cut watermelon aromas greet you in the grass. A creamy texture on the palate with flavours of strawberry rhubarb pie, complemented by a thrill of sour cherries. Finishes with a grip of lemon zest and delicate accents of clove and fig.
